APPLICATION PURPOSE: WYDOT IS APPLYING FOR A PORTION OF LAPSING FFY2019 SECTION 5339 STATEWIDE FORMULA FUNDS OF $1547005 (FEDERAL) TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW UNIVERSITY OF WYOMING MAINTENANCE FACILITY. THE FUNDS ARE LAPSING AND ARE PROVIDED AT 80% FEDERAL MATCHING RATIO. THE FUNDS WILL BE USED TO ASSIST IN FUNDING THE UNIVERSITY OF WYOMING FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THEIR NEW MAINTENANCE FACILITY WHICH IS ALSO BEING FUNDED BY THE EXISTING SECTION 5339(B) AWARD #WY-2021-
