APPLICATION PURPOSE: THIS APPLICATION PROVIDES $4237262 OF FFY2020 SECTION 5339(B) DISCRETIONARY FUNDS (DISCRETIONARY ID #D2020-BUSC-193) TO THE UNIVERSITY OF WYOMING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THEIR NEW TRANSIT MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE FACILITY IN LARAMIE WYOMING.
