THE MONONGALIA COUNTY URBAN MASS TRANSIT AUTHORITY (MCUMTA) INTENDS TO USE THESE FUNDS TO SUPPORT INITIAL VANPOOL SERVICE IN MORGANTOWN WEST VIRGINIA. SPECIFICALLY OPERATING EXPENSES FOR THE PERIOD 7/1/11 THROUGH 6/30/12 WILL BE FUNDED AS PART OF THIS GRANT.THIS GRANT UTILIZES $50000 IN FY 2011 CONGESTION MITIGATION AND AIR QUALITY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FUNDS ALLOCATED TO MCUMTA.THIS GRANT IS 100% CMAQ FUNDING AND NO LOCAL SHARE IS REQUIRED.
