AWARD PURPOSE THE PURPOSE OF THIS GRANT IS TO ALLOW SWAS TO ADMINISTER WOTC PER ETA GUIDANCE AND PROVISIONS OF THE IRS CODE OF 1986, SECTION 51, AS AMENDED.
