TOTAL REQUEST WAS $259,450 OF WHICH THE VA WILL PAY HALF OR $129,725 THE SVH WILL CONTRIBUTE THE OTHER HALF. THE PROGRAM INCLUDES AN EMERGENCY BONUS, A SIGN-ON BONUS, EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS, A TUITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM, AND A TECHNOLOGY APPLICATION. THE EMERGENCY BONUS IS TO BE USED ONLY WHEN THE VACANCY RATE IS ABOVE 25% (PENDING APPROVAL BY JCOER). TUITION ASSISTANCE WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR TUITION REIMBURSEMENT FOR NEW AND CURRENT EMPLOYEES AND FOR A MEDICATION AIDE PROGRAM.
