THE PROGRAM INCLUDES AN EMERGENCY BONUS, A SHIFT PICK-UP BONUS, CNA MENTOR RETENTION BONUS, A SIGN-ON BONUS, EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS, A TUITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM, AND COMMUNICATION SOFTWARE. THE EMERGENCY BONUS IS TO BE USED ONLY WHEN THE VACANCY RATE IS ABOVE 25% (PENDING APPROVAL BY JCOER). TUITION ASSISTANCE WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR A MEDICATION AIDE PROGRAM.
