APPLICATION PURPOSE: THE PURPOSE OF THIS AWARD IS TO HELP THE CITY OF GREEN BAY - GREEN BAY METRO TO TRANSITION FROM CLEAN DIESEL BUSES TO BATTERY ELECTRIC BUSES IN ORDER TO REDUCE ITS CARBON FOOTPRINT. THIS PROJECT WILL ALSO EXPAND GREEN BAY METROS CHARGING INFRASTRUCTURE ADDING ADDITIONAL CHARGING EQUIPMENT FOCUS ON WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT TRAINING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT.; ACTIVITIES PERFORMED: FUNDS WILL COVER THE COST OF TWO ELECTRIC BUSES CHARGING EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
