APPLICATION PURPOSE: THE PURPOSE OF THIS AWARD IS FOR PLANNING WORK FOR MADISONS BRT GREEN LINE BRINGING A MUCH HIGHER QUALITY OF TRANSIT SERVICE TO LOW-INCOME NEIGHBORHOODS ON MADISONS NORTH AND SOUTH SIDES.; ACTIVITIES PERFORMED: THE METRORAPID BRT SYSTEM WILL CONSIST OF 3 LINES IN MADISON: THE EAST-WEST RED LINE NORTH-SOUTH GREEN LINE FUTURE BLUE LINE.
