APPLICATION PURPOSE: THE PURPOSE OF THIS AWARD IS TO SUPPORT THE PROJECTS THAT WERE SELECTED BY THE MADISON MPO THROUGH THE PROCESS DESCRIBED IN THE PROGRAM MANAGEMENT PLAN (PMP) THAT IS ATTACHED.
