APPLICATION PURPOSE: THIS APPLICATION FUNDS CAPITAL EXPENSES THAT PREVENT PREPARE FOR AND RESPOND TO CORONAVIRUS AND ITS CONTINUED EFFECTS ON PUBLIC TRANSIT.
