THE PURPOSE OF THIS GRANT IS TO UTILIZE $2955535 IN FY20 FY21 AND FY22 5307 URBAN FORMULA FUNDS NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE CHIPPEWA VALLEY REGIONAL TRANSIT TRANSFER CENTER PROJECT LOCATED AT 402 S FARWELL STREET IN DOWNTOWN EAU CLAIRE. THE PROJECT IS PART OF THE TIGER 9 FUNDS AWARDED IN WI-2020-047. THE TRANSFER CENTER IS PART OF A JOINT DEVELOPMENT EFFORT THAT WILL ULTIMATELY FEATURE WORKFORCE HOUSING AND PARKING ABOVE THE TRANSFER CENTER.
