APPLICATION PURPOSE: THE PURPOSE OF THIS AWARD IS TO IMPLEMENT A LEGISLATIVELY-DIRECTED PILOT PROJECT FOR A DISCRETE PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PROJECT IN WSFS FLEET USING $12 MILLION IN FTA SECTION 5337 FUNDING WSF RECEIVED FROM KING COUNTY METRO IN A KCM/WSF FUNDING SWAP.
