APPLICATION PURPOSE: THIS APPLICATION INCLUDES FY2025 SECTION 5307 FUNDS FOR PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING DESIGN WORK FOR THE TACOMA DOME LINK EXTENSION PROJECT.
