APPLICATION PURPOSE: THE PURPOSE OF THIS AWARD IS TO ASSIST IN THE PRELIMINARY DESIGN UP TO 30% PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING AND ENVIRONMENTAL OF COMMUNITY TRANSITS SWIFT GOLD LINE BUS RAPID TRANSIT PROJECT.
