APPLICATION PURPOSE: THE PURPOSE OF THIS PROJECT IS TO ENHANCE TRANSIT SERVICE BY OFFERING SHELTER AND SEATING WHILE WAITING FOR TRANSIT SERVICE.; ACTIVITIES PERFORMED: FUNDS WILL BE USED TO COVER THE PROCUREMENT APPROXIMATELY ELEVEN (11) FULL-SIZE AND CANTILEVER STYLE BUS SHELTERS AND APPROXIMATELY SEVEN (7) SEMI-SEATS PLACED ON NEW BUS ROUTE BOLTED TO EXISTING SIDEWALKS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF TRANSIT PASSENGER AMENITIES.
