APPLICATION PURPOSE: CONSTRUCTION OF THE DOWNTOWN REDMOND LINK EXTENSION (DRLE) WHICH ADDS TWO NEW LIGHT RAIL STATIONS IN SOUTHEAST REDMOND SERVING MARYMOOR VILLAGE NEAR MARYMOOR PARK AND IN THE DOWNTOWN RESIDENTIAL AND RETAIL CORE.
