APPLICATION PURPOSE: THE ENHANCED MOBILITY FOR SENIORS AND PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES PROGRAM SECTION 5310 IS A CRITICAL FUNDING SOURCE FOR THE PROVISION OF TRANSPORTATION TO OLDER ADULTS AND PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES.
