APPLICATION PURPOSE: THE PURPOSE OF THIS AWARD IS TO FUND PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING/DESIGN EXPENSES OF A NEW PARK RIDE. THIS PARK RIDE WILL BE USED TO PROVIDE A NEW MULTIMODAL CONNECTION ALONG A CORRIDOR LINKING LOCAL CENTERS AND RURAL COMMUNITIES TO REGIONAL AND INDUSTRIAL CENTERS.
